Background: Nutrition is an important factor in cinhosis care and treatment. Finding the ratio of patients having a good nutrition care and concerning factors with practicing nutrition will rise the quality of cinhosis care and treatment. Objectives: A cross - sectional study was applied to conduct among 80 patients were treated at faculty of digestion in general central Can Tho hospital. Result: the cinhosis patient having good nutrition knowledge is 55 percent. Address, Education level concerning with practicing nutrition have statistics p 0,05. The cinhosis patients result of Hepatitis C and have hospitalization more than 5 times have more nutrition knowledge. The instruction before playing an important role for the patients (OR
