Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm mô tả kiến thức, thực hành và phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan về vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm (VSATTP) của nhân viên y tế thôn bản tại tỉnh Khánh Hòa năm 2023. Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả trên 401 nhân viên y tế thôn bản tại tỉnh Khánh Hòa năm 2023. Tỷ lệ nhân viên y tế thôn bản có kiến thức và thực hành tốt về VSATTP lần lượt là 46,4% và 36,7%. Nhóm đối tượng đã từng được tập huấn; nhóm đối tượng là nữ giới có kiến thức và thực hành về VSATTP tốt hơn (p<0,05). Thực trạng kiến thức và thực hành về VSATTP của nhân viên y tế thôn bản còn hạn chế. Vì vậy cần tăng cường nâng cao kiến thức, năng lực cho nhóm đối tượng này.
The objectives of this study is to describe the knowledge, practice and analyze factors affected with food safety of village medical staffs at Khanh Hoa province in 2023. A cross-sectional descriptive study which was conducted on 401 village medical staffs at Khanh Hoa province in 2023. The percentage of village medical staffs with good knowledge and practice of food safety is 46.4% and 36.7%, respectively. Knowledge and practice of food safety was associated significantly with being female and has been trained about food safety before (p<0.05). The current state of knowledge and practice of food safety among village health workers is still limited. Therefore, it is necessary to recommend plans and programs in improving knowledge among village medical staffs about food safety.
