
Research was designed as a cross-sectional descriptive study. Studied on 220 type 2 diabetic patients in National Endocrinology Hospital. To determine the condition of dyslipidemia in these patients. The results were as followed: - The mean of lipde concentrations: cholesterol (6,10 + or - 1,88 mmolfl), triglycerides (4,27 + or - 3,43 mmolfl), LDL-C (3,52 + or - 0,9 mmol/l) In the diabetes with fatty liver were higher statistically significant than type 2 diabetes without fatty liver (concentrations, respectively: 4,50 + or - 0,95 mmol/l, 1,78 + or - 1,24 mmol/l, 2,37 + or - 0,51 mmol/l, p0,05). - In type 2 diabetes with hepatic steatosis: cholesterol (5,2 mmol/l) is higher 13,68 folds, triglyceride ( or = 4,0 mmol/l) is higher 16,63 folds and LDL-C ( or = 3 mmol/l) is higher 6,16 folds than in type 2 diabetes without fatty liver (p0,05).
