The study aims to describe the difference between premarital health examination need and reality. Methods: Combine qualitative study and quantitative study. Results: Health examination need in the group of studied women is high (76.5 percent and 86.5 percent) wheareas there is only 8.3 percent of them have premarital health examinations. Given reasons for this huge gap is the lack of information on premarital health examination service, subjectivism about health problems and hesitation when the problem is mentioned between the couples before married.
