Một trong các biện pháp kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn bệnh viện là thực hiện quản lý, xử lý đồ vải sử dụng trong chăm sóc, chẩn đoán, điều trị. Mọi đồ vải y tế sử dụng trong bệnh viện đều được phân loại, giặt khử khuẩn theo quy định kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn. Mục tiêu: Mô tả kiến thức, thực hành quản lý đồ vải của nhân viên y tế Bệnh viện Mắt Trung ương và phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan. Phương pháp: Điều tra cắt ngang, nghiên cứu định lượng. Kết quả: Nghiên cứu thu thập thông tin từ 323 nhân viên y tế, Bệnh viện Mắt Trung ương thông qua phát vấn bằng phiếu và quan sát có sử dụng bảng kiểm. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy kiến thức và thực hành quản lý đồ vải trong kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn của nhân viên y tế khá tốt. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ nhân viên y tế có kiến thức về quản lý đồ vải đạt 64,7%. Tỷ lệ nhân viên y tế là hộ lý/y công thực hiện quản lý đồ vải đúng quy định đạt 93,3%. Có 4 yếu tố liên quan đến kiến thức sử dụng phương tiện phòng hộ cá nhân gồm: tuổi, vị trí công tác, thời gian công tác và trình độ chuyên môn (p<0,05).
One of the masures to control hospital infections is the management of fabric used in care, diagnosis and treatment. All medical fabric used in the hospital are classified, washed and disinfected according to infection control regulations. Objectives: Describe the knowledge and practice on management of fabric of medical staff at the National Eye Hospital and analyze some related factors. Methods: Cross-sectional survey, quantitative research. Results: This study collected information from 323 health workers (NVYT), National Eye Hospital through questionnaires and observation using checklists. The research results show that the knowledge and practice on management of fabric in the control of hospital-acquired infections of health workers is quite good. Conclusion: The rate of health workers with knowledge on management of fabric reached 64,7%. The rate of health workers with practices on management of fabric reached 93,3%. There are 4 factors related to knowledge on management of fabric including: age, working position, working time and professional qualifications (p<0.05).
