Mô tả kiến thức và thực hành tuân thủ điều trị người bệnh sau can thiệp đặt stent mạch vành tại Trung tâm Tim mạch Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Hải Dương. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: mô tả cắt ngang, chọn mẫu thuận tiện. Kết quả: Có 54,1% bệnh nhân có mức độ hiểu biết tốt về thuốc, có 37,3% hiểu biết trung bình và chỉ có 8,6% bệnh nhân hiểu biết kém. Tỉ lệ bệnh nhân tuân thủ là 73,89%, tuân thủ kém là 26,11%. Kết luận: cần có các biện pháp duy trì và củng cố những hoat động, quản lý, chăm sóc theo dõi người bệnh thường xuyên, bệnh viện tăng cường công tác kiểm tra, giám sát và đánh giá các hoạt động cải thiện tuân thủ điều trị của người bệnh xem có đạt hiệu quả mong muốn hay không.
To describe the knowledge and practice of adherence to treatment of patients after coronary stenting intervention at Cardiovascular Center of Hai Duong General Hospital. Subjects and research methods: cross-sectional description, convenient sampling. Results: 54.1% of the patients had a good understanding of the drug, 37.3% had a moderate knowledge and only 8.6% of the patients had a poor understanding. The rate of patient compliance was 73.89%, poor compliance was 26.11%. Conclusion: it is necessary to take measures to maintain and strengthen the activities, management, care and follow-up of patients regularly, the hospital strengthens the inspection, monitoring and evaluation of compliance improvement activities. the patient's treatment to see if the desired effect is achieved.
