
Objective: Identify factors associated with improved motor function of the shoulder joint of Delta fibrosis children with no candidates for surgery. Subjects: 72 children with the Delta fibrosis aged 6-18 after 5 months is knowledge transfer exercise rehabilitation in Hoai Duc district, Hanoi, 2008. Research Methodology: Research inteNentions without control groups. Results: Children with fibrosis of grade 2 Delta risk of shoulder joint motor function did not improve after intefYention 51.1 times higher than children with the Delfa level 1 fibrosis. Children who do not exercise regularly are at risk of shoulder joint motor function did not improve 17.3 times higher than children who exercise regularly. Children practice skills do not meet the risk of shoulder joint motor function did not improve high 7.1 times of those with practical skills to achieve. Children did not exercise before the intervention are at risk of motor function did not improve shoulder joint greater than 49.4 of those with previous training intervention.
