Xác định tỉ lệ và các yếu tố liên quan đến đáp ứng bộ chuẩn thiết yếu tại các PKĐK tư nhân trên địa bàn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh năm 2020. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang có phân tích ở 131 PKĐK tư nhân tại TP.HCM. Bộ chuẩn thiết yếu gồm có 20 tiêu chí chất lượng. Mỗi tiêu chí được đánh giá theo thang điểm từ 1 đến 5. Điểm tổng hợp của mỗi PKĐK là điểm trung bình cộng của tất cả các tiêu chí. PKĐK được xem như đáp ứng bộ chuẩn thiết yếu nếu có điểm tổng hợp đạt từ 2,5 trở lên. Kết quả: Trong 131 PKĐK tư nhân trên địa bàn TP.HCM được đánh giá, 48,1% PKĐK tư nhân đáp ứng được bộ chuẩn thiết yếu. Các yếu tố liên quan độc lập với đáp ứng bộ chuẩn thiết yếu bao gồm: số lượng bác sĩ của PKĐK tư nhân nhiều, PKĐK tư nhân ở nội thành và PKĐK tư nhân chưa từng bị xử phạt vi phạm. Kết luận: Gần phân nửa PKĐK tư nhân tại TP.HCM đáp ứng bộ chuẩn thiết yếu áp dụng cho PKĐK của Sở Y tế TP.HCM.
To determine the proportion and factors related to meeting the set of essential standards at private general clinics in HCMC in 2020. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study with statistical analysis conducted at 131 private general clinics in HCMC. The set of essential standards consists of 20 quality items. Each item was evaluated using a scored scale ranging from 1 to 5 points. The combined score of each private general clinic was the average of all 20 items. A private general clinic was considered meeting the set of essential standards if its combined score was ≥ 2.5 points. Results: Among 131 private general clinics in HCMC evaluated, 48.1% private general clinics met the set of essential standards. The following factors of a private general clinic were independently related to meeting the set of essential standards: increased number of doctors, being in the inner city, and having not been punished administratively for the law violation. Conclusions: Nearly a half of private general clinics in HCMC met the set of essential standards applied for general clinics of HCMC Department of Health.
