Nghiên cứu áp dụng mê lộ nước đánh giá trí nhớ không gian trên mô hình xuất huyết não thực nghiệm

The Morris water maze task (MWM) is supposed to measure the spatial memory, movement control, and cognitive mapping. Compared to other spatial tasks such as the T-maze, the animal only requires to choose left or right. In the Morris water navigation task, the animal needs to decide continually where to go. In order to perform the task, the animal does not need to be motivated by food deprivation or electrical shock. To apply in current study in the university, the authors tested MWM on the brain haemorrhage mouse model. The results showed the MWM could be used to analyze the spatial learning, re-Iearning and spatial memory on brain haemorrhage mice.
