This study was carried out in 2011 to evaluate height and ~ody weight growth rates of boys age 7-11 (primary school age range). The study results showed that height and weight of boys increases with age but not at the same pace; height grows rapidly from age 7 - 9 (5.6 - 5.98 cm / year) and slows down from age 9 - 11 (4.57 - 4.80 cm / year); Weight grows at slow pace at age 7 to 9 (from 2.61 - 2.77 kg / year) and increased rapidly from age 9 to 11 (from 3:29 - 3.37 kg / year); Height and weight of the boys improved compared to 2004. However, those measurements are still lesser than Chinese and American children; Measurement of body height is a key dimension to determine the child's stature and to develop body or clothing sizes system size as well as in clothing design; The growths of height dimensions are not uniform. During the period from age 7 -11, boys' upper body parts grow at a slower speed than the lower extremities. Anthropometric survey and research should be conducted regularly and clothing design formula should be adjusted to the changes in human body size and stature.
