Mô tả đặc điểm mổ lấy thai ở thai phụ nhóm 1 theo phân loại của Robson tại bệnh viện đa khoa tỉnh Bắc Kạn. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang tiến hành trên 191 thai phụ nhóm 1 theo phân loại của Robson tại bệnh viện đa khoa tỉnh Bắc Kạn năm 2023. Kết quả: Nguyên nhân mổ lấy thai về phía mẹ chiếm 46,1%; do thai chiếm tỉ lệ 34,0%, tiếp đến là nguyên nhân khác chiếm 27,7%; do phần phụ của thai chiếm 27,2%. Tuổi thai từ 37 đến 40 tuần chiếm 90,6%, có 86,4% thuộc giai đoạn chuyển dạ tiềm tàng.
Describe the characteristics of cesarean section in group 1 pregnant women according to Robson's classification at Bac Kan province general hospital. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study conducted on 191 group 1 pregnant women according to Robson's classification at Bac Kan Provincial General Hospital in 2023. Results: The cause of cesarean section on the mother's side accounts for 46.1%; Fetal causes account for 34.0%, followed by other causes at 27.7%; due to fetal appendages accounting for 27.2%. Gestational age from 37 to 40 weeks accounts for 90.6%; 86.4% were in the latent phase of labor.
