Nghiên cứu đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng 102 trường hợp ung thư đại trực tràng

Aims: To determine the rate of clinical features and subclinical features of color ectal cancer. Subjects and Methods: 102 cases of color ectal cancer diagnosed by the pathology in Can Tho University Hospital of Medicine and Pharmacy and Can tho Central General Hospital. Results: Regarding clinical symptoms: altered bowel habit are the most common symptom (56.9 percent), anal pain is the least common symptom (2.9 percent). CT scans: Irregular thickening of the rectum is the most common image (30 percent). Pathological results: Moderately differentiated is the most common (61.8 percent). CEA 5ng/ml (43 percent). Rectum is prominent position that is detected colonoscopically (38.2 percent).
