Obsevation: The clinicals, laboratories and treatment in patients with psoriatic arthritis in Rheumatology department Bachmai hospital (2005-2010). Aim: To detennine the clinical, laboratories and treatment in patients with psoriatic arthritis disease. Patients and methods. Clinical, laboratories and treatment in patients with psoriatic arthritis were observed at Rheumatology department, Bach mai Hospital in 5 years (2005-2010). Results. 48 psoriatic arthritis with mean age 38.7+14.5, male 64.6 percent, there was 29.9 percent patients with peripheral joints inflammation, 45.8 percent patients with softissue disease, 100 percent patients with positive phase acute inflammation, 60.4 percent patients with high level of sera acid uric, and 66.7 percent patients with iliac arthritis. Methotrexat is the most common in psoriatic arthritis treatment (93.4 percent) Conclusion. Psoriatic arthritis with skin and joints problems in common disease in sera negative arthritis spondyoarthropathy.
