Objective: To assess the safety of the massive bone marrow collecting procedures in the patients with heart failures after myocardial infarction by percutaneous aspiration method. Subject and method: 45 patients (40 males and 5 females, at the average age of 53.49 +/- 9.58 years) with heart failures after acute myocardial infarction got the successful coronary reperfusion by the intervention with percutaneous coronary arteries within the first 5 days after the first myocardial infarction; 250ml of bone marrow from the pelvic bone were taken from each patient. Result: No complication occurred due to spinal anesthesia and bone marrow collection; Complete Blood Count parameters after bone marrow collection did not change significantly.
