Objectives: Eluminating the effect of senseless effect andrestricted canvas, impact on periodicity, breathing and hopeless effects of Levobupivacain 0,5 percent simple spinal anaesthesia in under leg operation. Methods: An advanced study, clinical trial experiment on 80 patients, age from 16 to 65, indicated under leg operation by spinal anaesthesia at Viet Tiep friendship hospital in Hai Phong, ASA 1,2 (classification table of Ameracan anaesthesia Association), without spinal anaesthesia contraindication. Results: Senseless effect is good 100 percent, ensuring senseless time, essential muscularis level for lower leg operation, there is not any cases which need to change senseless method. There is not any difference between the spinal anaesthesic effect on periodicity and breathing at studying period. The hopeless rates has less happened. Conclusions: Through the study, the authors have realized that using Levobupivacain in spinal anaesthesia has little effect on blood-pressure, which has restricted perfusing and using angiokinetic medicine. This has been useful for lower leg operation of elders, patients with heart pathology- circuit, tocology. Perhaps, this is one of the most prior advantages compared with the same roots.
