Results: 77 percent of the hospital evaluation studies met the required medical examination and treatment for prisoners; 100 percent research hospitals lack of guidance documents; 44 percent of hospitals have trouble because the prison do not cooperate; 83 percent of hospitals that need organization, private treatment rooms; 100 percent the idea that contractual liability between the prison health. Conclusion: The examination and treatment of prisoners in hospitals still face many difficulties and did not meet all the needs examination and treatment of prisoners. Need to develop specific rules for the organization, dedicated to the treatment of prisoners in hospital.
