Xác định tỷ lệ có kiến thức, thái độ và thực hành đúng và yếu tố liên quan về sức khỏe sinh sản của học sinh thuộc các trường THPT tại huyện Kế Sách, tỉnh Sóc Trăng 2021. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang có phân tích, áp dụng chọn mẫu nhiều giai đoạn được 420 học sinh trung học phổ thông, thực tế thu được 500 mẫu. Xử lý số liệu bằng phần mềm SPSS 20.0. Dùng phép kiểm định Chi bình phương, Fisher’s Exact test với độ tin cậy 95%. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ có kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành chung đúng về SKSS lần lượt là 73,4%; 52,2%; 77,8%. Có một yếu tố liên quan thái độ là khối lớp. Chưa tìm thấy yếu tố liên quan đến kiến thức và thực hành của học sinh. Kết luận: Kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành chung đúng về SKSS khá cao lần lượt là 73,4%; 52,2%; 77,8%. Có một yếu tố liên quan thái độ là khối lớp.
Knowledge, attitude, practice about reproductive health, and some related factors play an important role in changing students' personalities, health, and learning. Objective: To determine the percentage of students with the correct knowledge, attitudes, and practices and related factors on the reproductive health of high school students in Ke Sach district, Soc Trang province in 2021. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study with analysis, applying multi-stage sampling to 420 high school students. Data processing using SPSS 20.0 software. Using the Chi-squared test, and Fisher's Exact test with 95% confidence. Results: The rate of having correct general knowledge, attitude, and practice about reproductive health respectively is 73.4%; 52.2%; 77.8%. A factor related to students' attitudes is class. No factors related to students' knowledge and practice have been found. Conclusion: The correct general knowledge, attitudes, and practices about reproductive health are quite high, respectively, at 73.4%; 52.2%; 77.8%. There is a factor related to attitude, which is class.
