Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm mục đích mô tả mô hình bệnh tật tại khoa hồi sức tích cực bệnh viện Vũng Tàu năm 2018 – 2022. Số liệu được thu thập là hồ sơ bệnh án của 3197 bệnh nhân nhập viện điều trị nội trú trong thời gian từ ngày 1/1/2018 đến 31/12/2022 tại khoa hồi sức tích cực bệnh viện Vũng Tàu. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện với thiết kế mô tả cắt ngang hồ sơ bệnh án được lưu trong giai đoạn trên. Các biến số về loại bệnh phân loại theo mã ICD-10 được chọn thu thập. Kết quả bệnh nhân được điều trị khỏi; đỡ giảm chiếm tỷ lệ lần lượt 3.50% và 25.84%. 41.23% bệnh nhân có diễn biến bệnh nặng hơn sau điều trị. Và 26.27% bệnh nhân không thay đổi sau điều trị. Chẩn đoán bệnh chiếm đa số trong vòng 5 năm 2018-2022 tại khoa là Viêm phổi do vi khuẩn, chủ yếu thuộc nhóm bệnh Hệ tuần hoàn và bệnh Hệ hô hấp.
The research was conducted with the aim of describing the morbidity pattern in the intensive care unit of Vung Tau Hospital from 2018 to 2022. Data were collected from the medical records of 3,197 inpatients who received treatment between January 1, 2018 and December 31. 2022 in the intensive care unit of Vung Tau Hospital. The study was conducted with a cross-sectional descriptive design using medical records from the specified time period. Variables related to disease types classified according to ICD-10 were selected for data collection. The results showed that 3.50% of patients were discharged after successful treatment, while 25.84% experienced improvement in their condition. 41.23% of patients had a worsening of their condition after treatment and 26.27% showed no change. The most common diagnosis in the five-year period from 2018 to 2022 in the intensive care unit was bacterial pneumonia, which mainly falls into the category of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
