Nghiên cứu tác dụng của điện châm trong điều trị đau dây V tiên phát

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of electric acupucture for treatment of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia. patients: prospective study35 patiens wered diagnosed idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia in Vietnam National hospital of Acupuncture from March 2006 to September 2006 by method prospective study. Patients wered treated by Electric Acupucture with 20 times. The main measures included outcome: pain on numeric pain scale (VAT) and Analgesy - meter. Results: the good and excellent result are 80 percent. After 20 times treated mean VAS index reduced from 8.1 + or - 1.7 (befor) to 2.6 + or - 2.3. Conclusion: the effectiveness of Electric Acupucture for Treatment of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia is good.
