Coagulopathyin patients with hepatocellular carcinoma make the course of disease more complex. Objective: Evaluate the change of some coagulation parameters (platelet count, prothrombin ratio, APTT, Fibrinogen.c. D - Dimer) in carcinoma hepatocellular patients. Subjects and method: 100 patients with hepatocellular cardnoma were tested platelet count, prothrombin ratio, APTT, Fibrinogen, D - Dimer. Result: The average platelet count 146.63 + or - 77.06 G/L, 63.0 percent of patients with platelet count fell below 150 G/L; The average APTT 37.86 + or - 5.93 seconds, 26.0 percent of patients with prolonged APTT greater than 40 seconds; The average Fibrinogen 2.85 + or - 1.42 g/L, 29.0 percent of patients with fibrinogen fell below 2 g/L; The average prothrombin ratio 62.46 :t 15.66 percent, 71 percent of patients with prothrombin ratio fell below 70 percent; 70 percent of patients with prolonged PT greater than 14 seconds; 64.0 percent of patients with D-Dimer increased more than 500 ng/ml and the average D-Dimer 904.46 + or - 576.50 ng/ml. Conclusion: There are some changes in platelet count, prothrombin ratio, APTT, Fibrinogen, D - Dimer in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
