Aims. This study aimed at figuring rate, characteristics and risk factors regarding cyberbullying. Methods: Questionalre based cross-sectional study Results: Figure out 181 ninth graders in Hanoi. The results showed that cyberbullying made up 10.6 percent. The rate of falling prey to cyberbullying was 3.2 percent . The rate of victims and bullies was 3.2 percent and bullies accounting for 4.3 percent). The common bullying was cyberstalking. Internet addicts faced high risk of being cyberbullies due to poor knowledge and cyberbullying management. Conclusion: Guidance on the good use of internet and cyberbullying management was strongly recommened.
