Nghiên cứu ứng dụng kỹ thuật ghép da dày toàn lớp cải tiến điều trị sẹo di chứng bỏng

Aims: To describe some clinical characteristics of burn scar, quality of grafted fullthicknees kin in terms of functionality and aesthetic as modified technique. Study method: 55 patients with burn scar were operated by modified fullthickness skin graft method at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery - Nationallnstitqte of Burns from June 2013 to June 2014. Results: The taken graft skin rate was 94.5 percent. After 6 months, functionality and aesthetics had significantly improved. Conclusion: Modified full thickness skin graft technique is easy to pefform with high improvement of functionality and aesthetics.
