A case repord of primary hepatic pregnancyin a National Gynecology and Obstetric hospital. Abdominal pregnancy is a rare condition and liver as a primary site is exceptionally rare. Primary hepatic pregnancy never progress to full gestation, therefore it has to be terminated surgically. The author reported the present case because of its rarity.
