Purpose: to describe a case of giant internal carotid artery aneurysm (lCA) arising in the Petrouscavernous segment at the Peadiatrics Department of Military central hospital No.108. Case Report: a ll-years-old boy performed prolonged headache, nausea and vomiting. The internal carotid artery aneurysm (lCA) was corrected by the endovascular therapies. The outcome was excellent and 6 months later the patient is absolutely normal, with normal life activities. Conclusions: Aneurysms arising in the petrous-cavernous segment of the internal carotid artery are rare. The endovascular therapies are good outcome.
