
Background: The non motor symptoms are quite common in Parkinson's patients, affecting diagnosis, treatment and quality of life of patients. Objective: To review the non" motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease. Subjects and Methods: 87 patients with Parkinson disease age average was 58.63 + or - 5.87 and a clinical examination of the psychological test. Results: rate of the patient with psychiatrical symptoms were 60.92 percent, the autonomic dysfunctions was 72.41 percent. The common symptoms are cognitive impairment (48.28 percent), depression (34.48 percent), anxiety (16.09 percent), constipation (66.67 percent), increased sweating (59.77 percent), bladder dysfunction (18.39 percent) and orthostatic hypotension (14.94 percent). Conclusions: The non motor symptoms are increase with the Hoen ~ Yahr stages, the severity of disease and duration.
