Đánh giá tình trạng rối loạn cương dương và phân tích mối liên quan giữa testosterone với rối loạn cương dương ở bệnh nhân Cushing do thuốc glucocorticoid tại Bệnh viện Trung Ương Thái Nguyên. Đối tượng, phương pháp: Mô tả cắt ngang, 36 bệnh nhân cushing do glucocorticoid. Tất cả các bệnh nhân được làm xét nghiệm và trả lời bộ câu hỏi IIEF. Kết quả:Các bệnh nhân giả cushing do glucocorticoid có tỉ lệ rối loạn cương dương cao 83,3%. Nồng độ cortisol máu trung bình ở nhóm có rối loạn chức năng cương dương cao hơn nhóm không có rối loạn chức năng cương dương (8,58 ± 10,38 và 1,09 ± 1,06). Nồng độ testosterone máu trung bình ở nhóm có rối loạn cương dương là thấp hơn so với nhóm không có. Kết luận: Các bệnh nhân cushing do glucocorticoid có tỉ lệ rối loạn cương dương cao
Evaluate erectile dysfunction and analyze the relationship between testosterone serum and erectile dysfunction in Cushing's patients due to glucocorticoid at Thai Nguyen national Hospital. Subjects and method: Cross-sectional description, 36 patients with Cushing syndrome due to Glucocorticoid. All patients were tested and answered the IIEF questionnaire. Results: Patients with cushing due to glucocorticoid had a high rate of erectile dysfunction of 83.3%. The average blood cortisol concentration in the group with erectile dysfunction was higher than the group without erectile dysfunction (8,58 ± 10,38 and 1,09 ± 1,06). The average blood testosterone concentration in the group with erectile dysfunction was lower than the group without. Conclusion: Patients with cushing due to glucocorticoid have a high rate of erectile dysfunction.
