Amniotic membrane stem cells are multipotent stem cells. They can proliferate and differentiate into skin cells including keratinocytes. The aim of research: study of differentiation of amniotic membrane stem cells into keratinocytes. Research methods: culture cell in DMEM medium supplemented with vitamin C, BMP-4 and the other growth factors. Research results: Markers of keratinocytes CK-14, CK-19 increased with time. Conclusion: Amniotic membrane stem cells can differentiate into keratinocytes.
