RT-PCR phát hiện Mammaglobin tuần hoàn trong máu ngoại vi của các bệnh nhân ung thư vú

Objectives: Using nested RT-PCR to detect human mammaglobin (hMAM) in the peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer (BC). Patients and Methods: Blood samples obtained from 25 BC patients, 3 healthy individuals and 2 patients with breast fibroma were screened for hMAM mRNA by nested RT -PCR. Results: None of the samples from peripheral blood of 3 healthy individuals and 2 breast fabroma patients were positive, whereas 14 (56 percent) of 25 samples from BC patients were positive for hMAM mRNA. Conclusions: Nested RT-PCR assay for hMAM mRNA may be useful tool to detect breast carcinoma cells in peripheral bood of BC patients.
