After manufacturing, EQAs materials need to be evaluated the effect of environment on, by the route to delivery to the medical laboratories (lab), the materials need to be kept the characteristic of assuming specimens and the bacteria still be alive, so that the lab can determine them and give the results same as target bacteria. Five assuming specimens with bacteria (diseases, or contaminated): boold (S. epidermidis, A. baumannii, contaminated B. cepacia), stool (Shigella sonnei, Salmonella paratyphi A, contaminated P. vulgaris), urine (P. vulgaris, E. faecalis), pus (S. aureus, P. aeruginosa), sputum (A. baumannii, P. aeruginosa, contaminated S. mitis), which were created from pilot process of study, complied the standardization of homogeneity and stability for EQAs materials, the authors do the study to evaluate the infll.{ence of environment to their characteristic during the period of delivery to many different areas. Results, all the specimens were kept their colors, form,...as the requirements of assuming specimens after the medical laboratories recieved; about the determination criteria: stool with S. paratyphi A, there are 80 percent (4/5 labs) determinated same as the target result, stool with S. sonnei and the other specimens, there are 100 percent (5/5 labs) determinated same as the target results.
