Đánh giá thực trạng công tác phục hồi chức năng và sự sự hài lòng của người khuyết tật khi tiếp cận các dịch vụ và dụng cụ hỗ trợ phục hồi chức năng tại địa bàn tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: 1029 người khuyết tật (NKT) bao gồm 420 NKT và thân nhân khám chữa bệnh tại TTYT và 609 NKT và thân nhân tại cơ sở y tế tuyến tỉnh, Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang. Kết quả: NKT chủ yếu thuốc nhóm tuổi từ 60 trở lên (54,4%); Mức độ khuyết tật chủ yếu mức độ nhẹ và chưa xác định. NKT sử dụng xe lăn tiêu chuẩn chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất 15,93%, sử dụng tay giả thấp nhất 0,38%. NKT hài lòng với dịch vụ trợ giúp 86,7%; hài lòng chung với tất cả dịch vụ trợ giúp 74,1%. Kết luận: NKT đã nhận được một số dịch vụ trợ giúp tuy nhiên chưa đồng bộ và bao phủ. Cần xây dựng chính sách và hợp tác liên ngành để đảm bảo lợi ích cho NKT.
