Mô tả thực trạng kê đơn thuốc ngoại trú tại khoa Phụ sản, Bệnh viện Đa khoa khu vực Tân Châu, Tỉnh An Giang năm 2019. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 400 đơn thuốc điều trị ngoại trú lưu trữ tại khoa Phụ sản, Bệnh viện Đa khoa khu vực Tân Châu, tỉnh An Giang trong thời gian từ 01/01/2019 đến 31/12/2019. Chấp hành các quy định trong ghi đơn thuốc; 100% đơn thuốc có ghi đầy đủ tên, tuổi, giới tính, chẩn đoán, gạch chéo phần trống, ghi đầy đủ họ tên và chữ ký của bác sĩ, số lượng thuốc; 100% ghi đầy đủ địa chỉ bệnh nhân; 78,25% ghi tên gốc đúng quy định; 89,00% ghi đủ hàm lượng; 100% ghi đủ liều dùng và thời điểm dùng thuốc; 100% ghi đủ đường dùng. Số thuốc trung bình trong 1 đơn là 4,53; 80,75% thuốc được kê theo tên gốc; 20,50% đơn có kê kháng sinh; 14,0% đơn có kê vitamin; 100% thuốc được kê đơn nằm trong danh mục thuốc thiết yếu (DMTTY) và danh mục thuốc của bệnh viện. Chấp hành các quy định trong ghi đơn thuốc chiếm tỷ lệ cao. Số thuốc trung bình trong 1 đơn là 4,53. Chủ yếu các thuốc được kê theo tên gốc, thuốc nằm trong DMTTY, tỷ lệ đơn thuốc có kháng sinh và vitamin chiếm tỷ lệ thấp.

A high proportion of compliance with regulations on prescription was observed. The average number of drugs in 1 prescription was 4.53. Mainly, drugs were prescribed by original name, drugs in the essential drug formulary, the proportion of prescriptions with antibiotics and vitamins was low.
