Thực trạng kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành phòng chống loét chân của bệnh nhân đái tháo đường tại bệnh viện đa khoa tỉnh Đồng Nai

Live interview on KAP glycemic control and prevention of diabetic foot ulcers for 954 diabetic type 2 patients, age (61.08 + or - 9.26), male/female = 1/3 and disease duration over 3 years (7.33 + or - 4.65), who are examinated and treated at the endocrinology clinic of Dong Nai Polyclinic Hospital. Results: The majority (77.46 percent) patients are good control glycemia(77.46 percent) due to have right KAP of diet, exercise, regular follow up and take medicine. However, most patients do not have enough knowledge and skills in preventing diabetic foot ulcers (practice rate is only around 50 percent).
