Mô tả thực trạng kiến thức và thực hành về phòng tái phát bệnh của người bệnh sỏi tiết niệu tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Nam Định năm 2020. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được tiến hành trên 60 người bệnh sỏi tiết niệu điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Nam Định từ 02/2020 đến 5/2020. Sử dụng bộ câu hỏi được thiết kế sẵn dựa trên nghiên cứu của Derek Bos năm 2014. Kết quả: Điểm trung bình kiến thức phòng tái phát bệnh là 6,15 ± 1,84 trên tổng 15 điểm của thang đo; Điểm trung bình thực hành là 5,11 ± 1,57 trên tổng 12 điểm của thang đo. Kết luận: Kiến thức và thực hành về phòng tái phát bệnh của NB sỏi hệ tiết niệu còn nhiều hạn chế.
To describe the patients’ knowledge and practice about prevention of urinary stone recurrent at Nam Dinh General Hospital in 2020. Method: An cross-sectional descriptive study was performed among 60 patients with urinary stones from February 2020 to May 2020 in Nam Dinh General Hospital. The self-administrated questionnaire based on the Derek Bos 2014 study was used to evaluate of patients’ knowledge before and after the education session. Results: The mean scores of patients’ knowledge about prevention of urinary stone recurrent were 6,15 ± 1,84 points. The mean scores of patients’ 5,11 ± 1,57 points. Conclusion: The patients’ knowledge and practice about prevention of recurrent urinary stones was limited.
