Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục tiêu xác định nguy cơ loét tì đè ở người bệnh khoa hồi sức tích cực Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Tiệp. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang với tổng cộng 80 người bệnh tham gia kết quả cho thấy tỉ lệ loét tì đè là 23.8%; điểm Braden trung bình là 12.75 ± 3.45; có 57.5% người bệnh thuộc nhóm nguy cơ cao và rất cao, 17.5% người bệnh nhóm nguy cơ trung bình, 10% người bệnh nhóm nguy cơ thấp, và 15% người bệnh nhóm không có nguy cơ.
This study aims to determine the risk of pressure ulcers in patients treated in the intensive care unit of Viet Tiep Hospital. A cross-sectional descriptive study with a total of 80 patients showed that the rate of pressure ulcers was 23.8%; the average Braden score is 12.75 ± 3.45; There are 57.5% of patients in the high and very high risk group, 17.5% of patients in the medium risk group, 10% of patients in the low risk group, and 15% of patients in the no risk group.
