Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là đánh giá thực trạng đi thực tập tại phòng khám Răng Hàm Mặt (RHM) và một số yếu tố liên quan của sinh viên RHM Trường Đại học Y Hà Nội. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang tiến hành trên 368 sinh viên Răng Hàm Mặt trường Đại học Y Hà Nội từ năm thứ nhất đến năm thứ sáu. Kết quả: 368 đối tượng tham gia là sinh viên RHM - Trường Đại học Y Hà Nội từ năm thứ nhất đến năm thứ sáu có 50% số sinh viên đã thực tập tại các phòng khám RHM; 71,5% sinh viên tham gia nghiên cứu cho rằng việc thực tập tại phòng khám RHM là cần thiết. Sinh viên đã đi thực tập tại phòng khám RHM nhận thấy rất nhiều lợi ích như thu nhập tăng thêm (34,8%), có cơ hội được thực tập trên người bệnh nhiều hơn (41,3%), nâng cao kĩ năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống (59,8%), học hỏi kinh nghiệm (60,3%), cập nhật kiến thức (51,8%). Sinh viên cần có sự chuẩn bị tốt cho các mục tiêu cụ thể khi đi thực tập tại phòng khám RHM (trên 70%). Kết luận: Nghiên cứu cũng chỉ ra rằng việc học tập tại phòng khám nha khoa là cần thiết và được đa số sinh viên nha khoa lựa chọn, giúp họ trau dồi kiến thức và nâng cao kĩ năng.
The aims of this study is to evaluate situation of practicing at the dental clinic and some related factors of dental students at Hanoi Medical University. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 368 dental students of Hanoi Medical University from the first to the sixth year grade. Results: 368 participants were students - Hanoi Medical University from the first to the sixth year including 50% of dental students have experience of practicing at dental clinics; 71.5% of students participating in the study said that an internship at dental clinic is necessary. Students who went to additional internships at dental clinic realized a lot of benefits such as increased income (34.8%), more opportunities to practice on patients (41.3%), improved communication skills and troubleshooting (59.8%), learning from experience doctors (60.3%), updating knowledge (51.8%). Students need to be well prepared for possible goals when they practice at dental clinic (over 70% agreed). Conclusions: The study also shows that studying in the dental clinic is necessary and chosen by the majority of dental students, helping them to hone their knowledge and improve their skills.
