Sử dụng corticoid không an toàn và không hợp lý có thể gây ra nhiều vấn đề phức tạp và tiềm ẩn rủi ro đáng kể đối với sức khỏe của người bệnh. Mục tiêu: Xác định tỷ lệ kê đơn thuốc corticoid an toàn, hợp lý theo quy định của Bộ Y tế tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Tiền Giang năm 2023. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả được thực hiện trên 442 đơn thuốc có corticoid của bệnh nhân điều trị ngoại trú có tham gia Bảo hiểm y tế tại khoa Khám bệnh, Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Tiền Giang từ ngày 01/2/2023 - 31/8/2023). Kết quả: Theo Thông tư 23/2011/TT-BYT, có 77,6% đơn thuốc an toàn, hợp lý. Theo Thông tư 52/2017/TT-BYT, có 97,7% đơn thuốc an toàn, hợp lý. Tỷ lệ kê đơn corticoid hợp lý về chỉ định, chống chỉ định, cách dùng và liều dùng theo tờ hướng dẫn sử dụng thuốc, phác đồ điều trị của Bộ Y tế và Dược thư Quốc gia 2018 chiếm tỷ lệ 60,4%. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ kê đơn thuốc corticoid an toàn, hợp lý theo quy định của Bộ Y tế tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Tiền Giang năm 2023 chiếm tỷ lệ cao.
Unsafe and unreasonable use of corticosteroids can cause many complex problems and pose significant risks to the patient's health. Objective: determine the rate of safe and reasonable corticosteroid prescriptions according to regulations of the Ministry of Health at Tien Giang Provincial General Hospital in 2023. Method: descriptive cross-sectional study conducted on 442 prescriptions with corticosteroids of outpatient patients participating in health insurance at the Examination Department, Tien Giang Provincial General Hospital from February 1, 2023 - August 31, 2023). Results: according to Circular 23/2011/TT-BYT, 77.6% of prescriptions are safe and reasonable. According to Circular 52/2017/TT-BYT, 97.7% of prescriptions are safe and reasonable. The proportion of reasonable corticosteroid prescriptions in terms of indications, contraindications, usage and dosage according to the drug instruction sheet and treatment regimen of the Ministry of Health and National Pharmacopoeia 2018 is 60.4%. Conclusion: the rate of safe and reasonable corticosteroid prescriptions according to regulations of the Ministry of Health at Tien Giang Provincial General Hospital in 2023 is high.
