The retrospective study of 336 ectopic pregnancy patients with salpingectomy laparoscopic surgery at the National Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynecologyp in 2010. The ectopic pregnancy rate in 2010 is 8.23 percent. The indication of salpingectomy depends on the pregnancy block size, the block status, the concentration of beta-hCG and the history of having children or not? The difference is statistically significant (p 0.05) on the relationship' between the beta-hCG levels and pregnancy block size; when the block contains or or = 50 mm beta-hCG levels: 10331 + or - 15987.22 UI/l. The study has also showed that when comparing the beta-hCG blood levels with the amount of blood in the abdomen, the difference is statistically significant (p 0.05), in the group with blood 100 ml with the intra-abdominal blood group having 100-500ml. The difference is not statistically significant (p 0.05) on the relationship between the concentration of beta-hCG and the rupture or unrupture status.
