Mô tả các triệu chứng hậu COVID-19 của sinh viên một số trường đại học tại Hà Nội năm 2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang sử dụng bộ câu hỏi bán cấu trúc để phỏng vấn sinh viên một số trường đại học tại Hà Nội. Kết quả: Triệu chứng hậu COVID-19 chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất là ho (68,87%), tiếp đến là mệt mỏi (63,55%), khó thở hụt hơi ( 57,28%) và suy giảm trí nhớ (53,3%). Có 92,5% đối tượng nghiên cứu có ít nhất một trong các triệu chứng hậu COVID-19. Có 3,08% sinh viên đi khám ngoại trú khi gặp các triệu chứng hậu COVID-19 và có 31,19% sinh viên có nhu cầu khám các triệu chứng hậu COVID-19. Kết luận:Tỷ lệ đối tượng có ít nhất một trong các triệu chứng hậu COVID-19 khá cao, trong đó các triệu chứng có tỷ lệ cao là ho, mệt mỏi và hụt hơi. Tỷ lệ sử dụng dịch vụ y tế vì các triệu chứng hậu COVID-19 thấp.
Describe the post COVID-19 conditions in students of some universities in Hanoi in 2022. Subjects and Method:This is a cross-sectional study using an online semi -structure questionnaire to interview students in some universities in Hanoi. Results: The highest percentage of post-COVID-19 conditions was cough (68.87%), followed by fatigue (63,55%), shortness of breath (57,28%) and memory impairment (53,3%). There was 92,5% of student who had at least one post-COVID-19 conditions. There were 3,08% of students who went to outpatient care when experiencing post-COVID-19 conditions and 31,19% of students who had the demand of health services due to the post-COVID-19 conditions. Conculsion: The percentage of students had at least one post-COVID-19 symptoms was high, in which the high percentage of post-COVID-19 conditions was cough, fatigue and shortness of breath. The percentage of using outpatient care for post-COVID-19 conditions was low.
