Xác định tỉ lệ tuân thủ điều trị lọc máu của người bệnh suy thận mạn và các yếu tố liên quan tại khoa Thận - Lọc máu, Bệnh viện Quân Y 175 năm 2024. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả tiến hành trên 264 người bệnh đang điều trị lọc máu tại khoa Thận - Lọc máu, Bệnh viện Quân Y 175. Nghiên cứu sử dụng bộ công cụ soạn sẵn, tự điền dành cho người bệnh thận mạn đang điều trị lọc máu. Kết quả: Tỉ lệ đối tượng nghiên cứu tuân thủ điều trị lọc máu được ghi nhận là 90,91%. Có mối liên quan giữa tuân thủ điều trị lọc máu với phương tiện di chuyển của người bệnh suy thận mạn đang lọc máu tại khoa Thận - Lọc máu, Bệnh viện Quân Y 175 năm 2024. Kết luận: Các nghiên cứu chuyên sâu về các yếu tố như chất lượng chăm sóc, kiến thức về bệnh, hỗ trợ tâm lý xã hội, và các rào cản cụ thể trong hệ thống y tế cần được tiến hành nhằm có giải pháp can thiệp thích hợp, phù hợp với bối cảnh cụ thể để nâng cao chất lượng chăm sóc, điều trị người bệnh suy thận mạn.
To determine the adherence rate to hemodialysis treatment among chronic kidney disease patients and associated factors at the Nephrology - Hemodialysis Department, Military Hospital 175 in 2024. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 264 patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Nephrology - Hemodialysis Department, Military Hospital 175. The study utilized a pre-designed, self-administered questionnaire for chronic kidney disease patients on hemodialysis. Results: The adherence rate to hemodialysis treatment among the study subjects was recorded at 90.91%. A significant association was found between adherence to hemodialysis treatment and the mode of transportation used by chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Nephrology - Hemodialysis Department, Military Hospital 175 in 2024. Conclusion: In-depth studies on factors such as quality of care, disease knowledge, psychosocial support, and specific barriers within the healthcare system should be conducted to develop appropriate interventions tailored to the specific context, aimed at improving the quality of care and treatment for chronic kidney disease patients.
