Đánh giá giá trị của 18FDG - PET/CT trong chẩn đoán giai đoạn UTPKTBN. Đối tượng, phương pháp nghiên cứu: nghiên cứu tiến cứu trên 60 BN ung thư phổi không tế bào nhỏ (UTPKTBN) mới phát hiện, được chụp 18FDG PET/CT tại khoa chẩn đoán hình ảnh, Bệnh viện 19-8 từ 04/2021 - 08/2023. Kết quả: Chẩn đoán giai đoạn T giữa CLVT và PET/CT có sự tương đồng rất cao với hệ số kappa= 0,78. Chẩn đoán giai đoạn N và M giữa CLVT và PET/CT tương đồng yếu với hệ số kappa lần lượt là 0,38 và 0,26. Có 24 BN (40%) tăng giai đoạn sau chụp PET/CT. Kết luận: Chẩn đoán giai đoạn T giữa CLVT và PET/CT có sự tương đồng rất cao tuy nhiên chẩn đoán giai đoạn N và M giữa CLVT và PET/CT tương đồng yếu. 40% BN tăng giai đoạn sau chụp PET/CT.
To evaluate the value of 18FDG - PET/CT in diagnosing the stage of NSCLC. Research subjects and methods: prospective study on 60 newly diagnosed non-small cell lung cancer patients, who were scanned with 18FDG PET/CT at the imaging department, Hospital 18-9 from April 4 /2021 - August 2023. Results: Diagnosis of the T stage between CT and PET/CT has very high similarity with kappa coefficient = 0.78. Diagnosis of the N and M stages between CT and PET/CT were weakly similar with kappa coefficients of 0.38 and 0.26, respectively. There were 24 patients (40%) with increased stage after PET/CT scan. Conclusion: Diagnosis of the T stage between CT and PET/CT has very high similarity, however diagnosis of the N and M stages between CT and PET/CT has weak similarity. 40% of patients have increased stage after PET/CT scan.
