Vảy nến thể mủ toàn thân (generalized pustular psoriasis) là một thể lâm sàng nặng của bệnh vảy nến, có thể đe dọa đến tính mạng với nhiều yếu tố làm kích hoạt bệnh như thuốc, viêm nhiễm. Tuy nhiên, vaccin hiếm khi được báo cáo làm khởi phát bệnh vảy nến thể mủ toàn thân. Trên sự quan sát và các tài liệu đã nghiên cứu, chúng tôi báo cáo 1 trường hợp bệnh bị bùng phát vảy nến thể mủ toàn thân sau tiêm vaccin ngừa COVID-19 mARN. Đây là bệnh nhân bùng phát vảy nến thể mủ toàn thân sau tiêm mũi 2 vaccin ngừa COVID-19 đầu tiên mà chúng tôi gặp trên lâm sàng.
Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is a rare but potentially - life threatening variant of psoriasis vulgaris, with many possible triggers, including medication, infections. However, vaccines have rarely been reported to exacerbate GPP. Herein, we describle, based on our observations and a literature review, we report the case of GPP following the COVID-19 messenger RNA (mARN) vaccine. This is the first psoriasis patient who developed the generalized pustular psoriasis flare after the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine we clinically encountered.
