The anterior laryngeal webs is a rare lesion which can be congenital or acquired and occur after surgical procedure, or the intubation or infection. The purpose of this study was to evaluate causes and clini€al features of anterior laryngeal webs. The results showed that, the main cause was trauma post laryngeal operation (75.33 percent). 26/34 patiens had mild hoarses voice and 6/34 patients had severe hoarses voice. The lesion from 30-50 percent of the length of the vocal cord was major clinical features of the patients (75.59 percent). In conclusion, the main cause of anterior laryngeal webs was trauma post laryngeal operation. The lesion in range 30-50 percent of voical cord length and hoarseness were major clinical feature.
