The experimental reimplantation pattern of severed rabbit ears with microsurgical technique was a useful pattern of microvascular technique training. This experimental pattern was considered thoroughly in the reimplantation of severed fingers. Twelve severed rabbit eafs were divided into 2 groups: Group A (n=6), using the Ethicon sutures 10/0, and Group B (n=6), using the sutures 8/0. The results showed that in order to get good results, it required the use of fine suitable needles and sutures such as the Ethicon suture 10/0. From this technical success, the surgeons could hence forth be more confident for themselves of these personnel microtechniques.
