Ung thư biểu mô tế bào gan là ung thư ác tính phổ biến có tỷ lệ mắc và tỷ lệ tử vong cao, thường được chẩn đoán ở giai đoạn muộn, tiên lượng xấu. Điều trị ung thư biểu mô tế bào gan giai đoạn muộn là điều trị toàn thân bao gồm liệu pháp nhắm trúng đích và điều trị miễn dịch. Ca lâm sàng: Bệnh nhân nam, 73 tuổi, được chẩn đoán ung thư biểu mô tế bào tiến triển sau điều trị sorafenib, được điều trị toàn thân bằng phác đồ pembrolizumab tại Bệnh viện Hữu Nghị.
Hepatocellular carcinoma is a common malignant cancer with high risk of incidence and mortality, often diagnosed at an advanced stage, with poor prognosis. With advanced stage hepatocellular carcinoma, the main treatment is systemic therapy including targeted therapy and immunotherapy. Case report: A 73-year-old male patient, diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma who progressed after Sorafenib regimen, was treated with systemic therapy with Pembrolizumab at Friendship Hospital.
