Study purposes: 1/ To evaluate results Initially of Ureteroscopy Stone Lithotrypsy (USL); 2/ To investigate factors influencing the technique of USL. Patients and study methods: From March to July 2010, 35 patients of ureteral calculi were treated by URS using Mechanical Lithotrypsy Walz Electronik GMBH D.72229 Rohrdort (1998) made in Germany. One of 35 patients was undertaken with bilateral ureteroscopy stone lithotrypsy; Results: 27 out of 36 cases were successfull, counting for 75 percent. No complications were found during and after treatment. Factors influencing stone punch results include position and size of stone. Average time of treatment after performance is 4.42 + or - 2.46 days. Conclusions: Ureteroscopy stone punch using Mechanical Lithotrypsy is proved an effective method.
