Công tác tổ chức cấp cứu và vận chuyển các nạn nhân vụ máy bay rơi tại Hòa Lạc, Thạch Thất, Hà Nội của Bệnh viện Quân y 105

This report reveal experience lessons from management of the crashed helicopter occuring at Hoa Lac with burn mass casualty. All victims were on the severe sutuation with mutiple trauma, blast injuries, massive burn and inhalation injury. 16/21 death at the site and on the way to the hospial, the remain were well evacuated, triage, given initial management and safety transferred to the specialized burn center in a short time.
