Retrospective study of 281 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy at the National Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynecologyl in five years (2006-2010) showed that the success rate of laparoscopic myomectomy increased to 73.7 percent (2006: 57.7 percent), 84 percent of patients had no menstrual disorders, 69 percent of tumors were detected through routine pelvic examination, uterine size equivalent to the uterine pregnancies 8 weeks accounted for 47.3 percent. Anemia accounted for only 9.6 percent (27 cases).
