Through 23 patients with laryngotracheal trauma which were treated operatly in Central ENT Hospital and Hue Central Hospital from 6/2008 to 6/2{)10. The results showed that: The main cause was traffic accidents,. suicide and occupational accidents. Two kinds of trauma were equivalent from blunt trauma and open trauma. The principle method of operation was simply reconstruction with 61 percent. Thyroide cartilage and thyrohyoide membrane were essential sites of atteints. The average time in hospital was 13.5 days. Only 65 percent patients can be respirated by themselves after the first treatment. The proportion of patients with the normal voice were only 35 percent.
