Đánh giá chất lượng tổng hợp giày bảo vệ cho lao động ngành thép

This paper presents a method and results of evalueating a total quality of some protective footwear models made in Vietnam for steel industry workers. The shoe quality is assessed by a total quality index K calculated by valuesand importance coefficients of shoe quality criteria. The quality criterion values are examined according to standard like EN ISO 20344. The important coefficients are determined by receiving results of user'and specialists' assessment about quality criterion importances of protective footwear. The good qualitative footwear isthe one, which has K = 100 and has main criteria meeting the standards. Using this method, the total quality of some protective shoe models for steel industry workers was assessed.
