Đánh giá hiệu quả điều trị sán lá gan nhỏ bằng Praziquantel liều 75mg/kg/24h tại một điểm thuộc đồng bằng Bắc Bộ

Praziquantel is one of the most common anthelmintics used in the treatment of liver fluke Clonorchis sinensis which is endemic in the Northern Coastal provinces of Vietnam. The objective of this study is to assess therapeutic efficacy of Praziquantel at a dose of 75mg/kg/24hours. Methods: A cross-sectional analytical study on 339 stool samples was taken and examined for liver fluke infection in Rang Dong commune of Nghia Hung district, Nam Dinh province where people have a common habit of eating raw fish. All infected people were treated with Praziquantel at a dose of 75mg/kg/24hours in a 24 hours course.
